THOFFICIAL provides intangible digital software license keys and specialized productivity suites. Because cryptographic license keys cannot be physically re-collected or guaranteed unused once dispatched, sales are generally non-refundable once delivered electronically.

2. Pre-Purchase Verification

Prior to completing an order, customers are expected to:

  • Confirm that their workstation or mobile device meets minimum specifications (e.g. Windows 10/11 64-bit, Android, or iOS compatibility).
  • Review feature specifications and deployment requirements on the corresponding product page.

3. Key Replacement & Technical Support Guarantee

If you experience any difficulties activating your software license, our technical support engineers provide comprehensive assistance, including remote desktop guidance via UltraViewer. If an issued license credential is verified defective upon initial generation, an immediate replacement will be provisioned in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Service Maintenance & Extension Credits

In the event of unexpected cloud synchronization downtime or essential system upgrades exceeding 24 hours, all active subscription licenses are automatically credited with equivalent extension time to ensure you receive the full subscription period purchased.

5. Payment Disputes & Unauthorized Chargebacks

Opening an unauthorized payment dispute, claim, or chargeback without first contacting our customer service department constitutes a breach of licensing terms. Such actions result in immediate revocation of active licenses and blacklisting of associated hardware profiles.
